I had spent SO much time getting sucked into all these rituals, I did what any girl would do in feelings of deep aggravation, and I walked away, simultaneously with my head held high, and disappointment radiating through my root chakra.

I decided it was time to take a break from all this and put my focus back into my energy healing practice. I truly loved working with my clients, and energy was the one thing I understood and could help my clients with effortlessly when it came to healing.

One day, after a session, I was scrolling through my phone and came across the famous above said quote from Albert Einstein, "Everything is energy, and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality".

And when I tell you sparks flew out of my entire brain- It did.

It felt like coming home.

The question I had was, how the heck am I going to measure my frequency, with my desires frequency?

Because I knew that certain predominant factors make up a person's current vibration, I knew there was also a practical way to gauge this, to measure it, to keep track of it, and to know when our vibration is a match to that of our desire.
